Fial (Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Legnano) was company which manufactured car, industrial and marine engines. 1906 they entered the automobile market and produced a single model in Legnano. It was the Type A 6/8 hp, the car had a two cylinder 1135 cc engine, of which a copy is at the Museo dell'Automobile in Turin. In 1908, just two years after the founding of Fial, the company was placed into liquidation after filing for bankruptcy. In 1909 the company was taken over by Rosa & Ferrario and car production was discontinued by the new owners. The 6/8 model was the only model they ever produced.
